Christmas Praline DomesI have combined the favourite parts of my grandma's fruit cake into these Christmas praline domes. This is a good alternative if you dislike traditional fruit cake. The slightly macerated (soaked/softened) dried fruits in rum/brandy combine beautifully with the macadamia butter and with the chocolate dome wrapping ... it's like a perfect little Christmas gift. This recipe is super easy to make and highly recommended to surprise and delight your family and friends. With vegan chocolate it's also completely dairy-free - even more win!
Persimmon Cinnamon SconesThis recipe was created a long time ago and I finally got the chance to post it. The Persimmons were courtesy of my friend's tree that was seriously overloaded with the sweetest fruit ever. I just had to create something beautiful with them and I think these scones have done them justice. Of course, as a Gaia Tree recipe it has to be vegan and guilt-free - tick and tick.
Lemon and Coconut CakeThis recipe has been brewing in my mind for a while and I am so glad that I finally made it. I love that it uses a 1/2 and 1/4 measuring cup for most of the ingredients, which helps to make the prep easier. Hope you are able try out this amazing lemon and coconut cake! Not only is it divine, it's also totally dairy-free using coconut oil and coconut milk in the cake and cashew nut cream in the frosting.
Salted Caramel Chocolate TorteThe best recipes are the ones where you combine all the ingredients into a food processor and bake! This is one of those super simple recipes that you can jazz up as you like - throw in some fresh raspberries or roasted almonds to take it to the next level. It just looks so inviting and when you dig in you're rewarded by a very unique taste. Easy to make, easy on the eyes and easy on the body as it's dairy-free, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free.
Upside Down Orange Chocolate CakeIf you are a jaffa lover then this one is for you!
