Plum Frangipane Tart with Maple Thyme GlazeWho does not love a frangipane tart? The nutty shortbread crust filled with soft almond frangipane - there's something homely yet extra special about it. This is a great recipe to try when plums are in season and the maple thyme glaze perfectly compliments the tartness of the plums. It's a vegan and refined-sugar-free treat so you may just catch yourself reaching for a second slice. Guilty but not guilty.
Coconut Cups With Raspberry JamCoconut, Raspberry and Chocolate….cannot go wrong. This beauty tastes as good as it looks, making it the perfect vegan afternoon snack with the tartness of the homemade raspberry jam cutting through the sweetness of the coconut. A word of warning - they are a bit addictive and you might not be able to stop at just one.
Raspberry Chocolate TartThis recipe is a celebration of raspberry. The nutty shortbready crust and the smooth chocolatey fudge filling are the backbeat and the bass line for the raspberry jam front and centre.
