INGREDIENTS
For jackfruit coconut ice cream
 200 g Ripe jackfruit flesh fresh or frozenYou can find frozen jackfruit in your asian store
 400 ml Coconut cream (full fat is best for this recipe)
  cup Maple syrup
 1 tsp Vanilla paste or powder
METHOD
Jackfruit coconut ice cream:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz for 5 minutes until fully combined and becomes creamy.

Transfer into a container and freeze for 4-6 hours. Once set, scoop out and enjoy!
