INGREDIENTS
For rose pistachio chocolate discs
 300 g Plain dark chocolate
 50 g Pistachio nuts (raw)roughly chopped
 1 tbsp Edible organic dried rose petals
 1 tsp Strawberry freeze dried powder (optional)
 1 pinch Salt
METHOD
Rose Pistachio Chocolate Discs:

Roughly chop and melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or bain marie.

Place a paper cupcake liner into each cupcake mould in a 12 cupcake tray.

Divide the melted chocolate evenly into the lined cupcake moulds.

Sprinkle with all the toppings: roughly chopped pistachio, rose petals, strawberry freeze dried powder and salt.

Place the moulds into the refridgerator for 20-30 minutes to set.
