Turmeric has so many healing benefits and is another powerhouse of anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties. It sounds a bit strange being added to a dessert but it really works when you add just the right amount and opens up a whole new dimension to the banana and coconut cream combo. This is a super yummy and easy vegan ice cream that anyone can make (literally just two steps).

For banana turmeric ice cream
 6 Frozen bananas
 1 cup Coconut cream (full fat is best for this recipe)
  cup Maple syrup
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 ½ tsp Lemon juice
Banana turmeric ice cream:

Place all the ingredients together into a food processor and blitz for 5 minutes to fully combine and become creamy.

You can serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour, then scoop out with an ice cream scoop and enjoy!
