As much as we all love giving Christmas gifts to our loved ones, what about all of that excess packaging and the environmental impact? This is exactly why we have chosen the most eco-friendly items to include in our Christmas Hamper and all packaging that is either 100% re-usable, recyclable or biodegradable.

And hey, since it is Christmas we will be donating 10% of the value of every box to the Toto Care Box African Trust who provide a baby care box of essential items to ensure that both mum and baby make it beyond the neonatal period (28 days after birth). This short period accounts for 38% of all deaths in children under 5 years, globally. Sadly most of these deaths are in Africa. So let’s get behind this and support the amazing women at Toto Care who are providing these care boxes to those who need it most.

Packaging

We only use packaging that is reusable, recyclable or bio-degradable. Here are the details:

• Hamper box and outer shipping box – 100% recyclable and biodegradable
• Blind Dates box – 100% recyclable
• Blind Dates cello wrap – 100% plant based and biodegradable
• Ecofee Cup box – all about reuse, but also made with natural sustainable bamboo fibre
• The Tea Nomad test tube – reusuable for storage, but glass test tube is recyclable while cork lid is 100% biodegradable
• GiveMeCocos spoon – reusable and made from sustainably sourced ebony wood
• Spiced Hot Chocolate and Holiday Nuts jar – reusuable for storage, but also 100% recyclable

Delivery

Once your order is placed, all hampers will be delivered in the second week of December 2019 (between 9th December and 14th December). However, please advise if you require the hamper at a specific date and we will organise the delivery accordingly. 

All hampers will be sent in a protected shipping carton. The hamper box will be beautifully wrapped and ready to gift. Please store the hamper in a cool dry place.
